She is the author of Quality of Distance Education: Focus on On-Line Learning (ASHE-ERIC Higher Education Report Series, 2002). For over three years, she was director of distance learning and technology for the University and Community College System of Nevada. Prior to this, she served for over eight years as associate director of academic affairs for the Higher Education Coordinating Board in the state of Washington and was responsible for technology planning and policy related to online learning./p ‎(1)
